For this purpose, we have in place fit-for-purpose procedures for the optimum management of this synergy — ranging from reliable cost estimation to on-time and on-budget delivery of accurate high-quality translations. In addition, in a broader management context, Tradas has an ongoing commitment to regular investments in technological oversight, continual improvement of our business processes, and further training of our personnel.

Our project management system is built around a dedicated and qualified Account Manager. On entrusting a project to Tradas, you are given your personal Account Manager, who is the indispensable link between the different departments of your organisation and our specialised teams. He/she is also your contact at all stages of your projects and advises you proactively on the most appropriate and best cost-effective solutions.

All our Account Managers are qualified translators, who rapidly become familiar with our clients' specific areas of activity and linguistic needs. They also consistently demonstrate their ability to rapidly mobilise teams of translators and technical specialists, and seamlessly manage the various volumes and deadlines of our clients' translation needs.

ISO 9001:2000 has a global reputation for establishing quality standards and is the recognised basis for continual improvement and business excellence. As an integral part of this certification, our internal departments and quality management systems and procedures are subjected to an in-depth audit each and every year. Since our foundation over 20 years ago, we have created and maintained an extensive multilingual network of experienced and qualified linguists and DTP and web/software specialists. This is the network from which your personal Account Manager selects the right team for each individual project. To ensure complete confidentiality of your data and information, we routinely apply numerous personal controls (including non-disclosure agreements).
